Hudson Contract receives ISO 9001:2015 accreditation

12th June 2019 | Hudson Contract

Good news for us – and our clients – this month:  Hudson Contract has been awarded ‘gold standard’ status for its business competence and performance capability.

While the jumble of letters and numbers that are ISO 9001:2015 don’t sound immediately exciting, they represent something important . . . the latest internationally recognised Quality Management System standard.

“To be up there with the best of all businesses is great news,” says Hudson Contract General Manager John-Lee Thompson.  “It demonstrates our ongoing commitment to providing a quality service, and our journey through the accreditation process means everyone here is up-to-speed with best practice.”

In order to gain certification, Hudson Contract’s product, processes and systems were all independently reviewed.  We worked with Synergos Consultancy and Approachable Certification, who evaluated aspects of our business including:

  • Document control processes
  • Preventive action procedures
  • Corrective action procedures
  • Internal audit procedures
  • Records procedures

John-Lee Thompson adds:  “It’s great to know we’ve come through with flying colours, and we’re incredibly proud of the achievement. Accreditation has helped us make a number of day-to-day improvements, all of which will have a positive effect on the service we deliver to our clients.”
